Terms of Service
By using HeXaClouds services, you agree to use them responsibly and lawfully.
- • Do not use services for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, network abuse or attacks.
- • We aim for reliable service and may advertise uptime targets, but maintenance, upstream failures, attacks and events outside our control can affect availability.
- • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data.
- • Data-loss notice: If data loss, corruption or an unrecoverable incident occurs, you are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups. We will try our best to recover affected data and assist with restoration where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee recovery of lost data.
- • Security issues should be reported safely through Discord.
- • Services may be suspended for abuse, security risks, fraud or violations.
- • Terms may change as the service evolves.
